Season Two

For season two, supported by our friends and partners over at JobAdder - we dove even deeper. We set our sights on bringing you the best minds from across our board, advisors and friends - an inclusive cast list from the UK, US, Canada, and Australia! We had a broad focus on DE&I and Accessibility in the 360-degree hiring onboarding process, alongside a focus on Artificial Intelligence for good and how technology can increase social mobility.

Highlights included Ashlie’s pep talk urging us to join forces post-pandemic, Torin and his delight at being first up (for the fourth time), and Joanne’s just-ask trans-rights confidence boost. Shereen Daniel’s interview took a turn for the hilarious when CEO Dan Fellows misremembered a surname (Dan: It’s your own name!), and all in all, we heard from a diverse, eclectic, inspiring set of advisors who not only talk the talk but inspired us to walk the walk through our job ads and beyond.
