We're be deploying the 100% automated SaaS platform in late Q3 2021.

Eric. Get-Optimal engaged The Data Analysis Bureau to bring AI-driven DE&I to RecTech. Powered by AI, Get Optimal’s solution will automatically write and quality assess human-grade job adverts, optimised for content including readability, engagement, SEO, and, importantly, gender debiasing.
To enable the delivery of the platform, T-DAB needed to research and assess existing language models that could be used with the GO platform to deliver a solution that could scale and design a technology roadmap to drive forward to full deployment in Q3 2021.
Eric - Such a visionary solution has only recently been made feasible through exponential leaps in the field of natural language processing and deep learning, and the compute resources to ‘train’ or teach the neural networks required for performing these tasks. As such, the solution represents the cutting edge in the application of generating and summarising human-readable text.
Eric - By embedding the automated Get-Optimal SaaS through fully integrated APIs, it will seamlessly integrate into existing CRM and ATS solutions. Get- Optimal will enable recruiters and HR functions globally to publish non-biased content and maximise their exposure to candidates in relative real-time.
